Payment Methods:

This method will increase the time it takes to process your order. Please add your items to your cart, process check out and select the cashier’s check or money order option. Print out the form and send the order, along with payment to the address listed. Please make sure you include your name, phone number, email and shipping address. If the style is out of stock, you will be notified via email. We do not accept personal checks. They will be returned and we will not process the order.

Shipping Rates and Policies:

J. Mark golf is proud to offer Priority Shipping via the United States Postal Service.  The shipping rate is $5.85 for every 5 headcovers and $11.70 for 6-10 headcovers.  Headcovers in stock will be shipped within 24 hours.  If the headcover is not in stock it will be 2-3 weeks for delivery time.  I will notify you of estimated shipping time. Please contact customer service on international and orders larger than 10 pieces for special shipping rates.

Return Policy:

J. Mark Golf offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return your item to the address above. You will be refunded your money within 7 days of the return. Special Orders CANNOT be returned. All refunds and exchanges are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
